I purchased this product because my husband and daughter have flaky scalps. We currently use another brand that contains tea tree, but I wanted to try something different. We have not used it enough to gauge the difference, but all of us concur that we have a vibrant feeling scalp and softer hair after using it the first time. We look forward to the next application. My 13. year old daughter came home one day with what looked like a horrible fungus on her head. I took her to the dermatologist and that’s when they diagnosed her with this long named condition. Our dematologist sold us this along with the conditioner. It was good for the size less than 15.00 which was cheap for dermatology which sold us some things for much more money in the past. Well, long story short, it worked like magic. her irritation subsided the first wash and by the fourth was we could hardly see it.
